The BHFNC website has a great resource section for the early years
The physical activity guidelines for the early years online
They also have recently developed a new webpage about engaging with parents regarding physical activity during the early years.
The Change4Life website has a nice combination of nutrition advice and physical activity advice and opportunities in the local area.
Play England has lots games and support for children and carers.
Designed to Move is a Nike initiative launched by Lord Coe. Research reveals a growing epidemic of physical inactivity and how the first 10 years of life are game changing.
For nutrition advice you could look at the Children’s Food Trust.
The British Dietetic Association has fantastic factsheets on nutrition.
